Refund policy

Our returns policy is a 15 day return which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to return it. (In accordance with article 44 of law 7/1996, of January 15, of the regulation on retail trade amended by law 47/2002 of December 19).

The cost of the return shipment is charged to the customer with OWN courier or postal services with INSURED AND TRACKED SHIPPING, we do not guarantee that we will receive the goods or that they will arrive in excellent condition. When the shipped goods arrive in our warehouses, the exchange or refund will be made.

The packaging must be prepared in a manner suitable for transport, with the same complete packaging received or alternatively with packaging of similar strength so that the package returns to the warehouse in perfect condition. Products shipped without packaging will not be accepted. In the event that at least one of the points listed above is not complied with, www.ninahomedesign.com reserves the right not to accept any returns.

Every product sold by Ninahomedesign™️ is "made to order", which means that it is only made especially for you after you place your order.
Consequently, Ninahomedesign™️ does not accept refunds and returns for exchanges of Orders but offers a discount coupon to be used on our site.
If you think you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately at ninahomedesign.store@gmail.com or support whatsapp chat so that we can resolve the issue.

Damage and problems

Orders may suffer damage in transit in the possession of our shipping partners. If one or more of your products arrive damaged, send detailed and clearly visible photos of the damage within 48 hours of placing your order, including images of the packaging, to
ninahomedesign.store@gmail.com to process or replacement or refund.

REIMBURSEMENT.

We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post your refund as well, up to 10 business days.
